What will you be doing? 
The HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on coordinating interview logistics, supporting recruiters and hiring managers, and maintaining strong communication throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on interview plans and timelines
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant flow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers are well-informed and prepared
  • Support offer processes, including drafting offer letters and coordinating approvals
  • Assist with onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and operations teams
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and help identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Support in HR initiatives as needed to help the team on key HR projects
  • Support in HR Analytics and reporting needs

Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with ATS platforms (JazzHR preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset

For a Washington-State-based Contract role, the hourly hiring range for this position on 1099 is $25.00/hr to $40.00/hr. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
