Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to become the first key member of our new Hardware team in Monterrey. You will be an integral part of a global unit, collaborating directly with the hardware team in Seattle, USA. This role requires strong technical expertise in systems design and CAD modeling, as well as excellent cross-functional communication skills in English.
Main Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Mechanical Engineer leading systems design projects and advanced proficiency in CAD software.
Languages: Advanced English (B2+ to C1 fluent). Demonstrated ability to hold fluent technical conversations and present ideas to stakeholders and clients in the U.S.
Documentation: Valid U.S. passport and visa (or proof of advanced renewal proceedings) due to the required availability to travel to the client's offices in the U.S.

- Manage technical client interactions and work with project managers to ensure project success.
- Mentor engineers and technicians.
- Create and manage models in SolidWorks.
- Build and test prototypes, and prepare and present design reviews.
- Design and conduct tests to validate design compliance with requirements.
